First-time purchasers need to click "Account Login" and sign up for an account. Activation for a Professional discount can take up to 24 hours. For immediate new account access, contact Customer Care at 1.800.663.6369. They can guide you through the sign-up process, granting you access within minutes.
If you are a current customer, you may already be pre-authorized. To activate your access to online ordering, you will need to choose your password. Once this is complete, you will be able to access the order site 24 hours a day, making ordering that much easier.

If your order is completed with us by 12:00pm (Noon) local time, we ship out same-day service, but still make every effort to ship orders as soon as they are received. Although we will do our best to accommodate you, additions or changes cannot be modified once an order is completed. We ship by UPS or Canada Post and you have a choice for Ground or Next Day Air service.

Please make sure that fax orders are identified on each page with name, phone number, and the total number of pages as indicated on a cover sheet. Please also indicate payment method and include the credit card number along with expiration date.

Once an account is established, payment for orders may be made by Visa or MasterCard at time of ordering. Only pre-existing accounts may request shipments to be sent on a C.O.D. basis for phone orders only.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
ALL returns must be pre-authorized and are allowed on damaged or mis-shipped items only. Returns will be accepted no later than 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must be received PREPAID. Once the return is received the refund will be processed.
NO OPEN BOTTLES OR EXPIRED PRODUCTS will be accepted for return. Products will not be credited if priced, marked or damaged in any manner that renders them unfit for resale. Please Note: We do not accept returns from patients, so be sure to order carefully. All refunds will be applied to original form of payment.

While our goal is to have all products available at all times, situations will occur from time to time which are out of our control. We will attempt to inform customers at time of ordering of any out of stock situations. At the customer's request, we can contact you when an Out-of-Stock product becomes available. By providing your e-mail address, you can speed up the process and be notified as soon as your Out-of-Stock item is released back into inventory. To do so, contact Customer Care and ask to add your e-mail address for faster notification.
